The Business Challenge
Ridgeway Wash & Kitchen is a fictional acquisition concept combining an existing car wash, a conversion to an automatic wash, and a new 50-seat restaurant.
The challenge was to determine how much capital the project would require, when each operation could reach break-even, and whether the combined business could support its proposed debt.
The IAB Approach
IAB developed a five-year monthly financial model that evaluates the car wash and restaurant separately, then brings them together into one financial outlook.

What the Analysis Shows

The base case supports the modeled debt structure after stabilization, while the downside case does not. This highlights the importance of verifying seller earnings, construction costs, local demand, and lender terms before proceeding.
